Highlights in 2010-11:
The SnL Singers sang at the Martell Pure Gourmet launch on September 2011 at The Pod, Petaling Jaya Commercial City. The repertoire included jazz and contemporary a cappella pieces in line with the ‘Pure’ theme of the event!

This version of the jazz standard by George Shearing (Music) and George David Weiss (Words) is a rearrangement by our in-house arranger and tenor, Lee Fong. Recording the Negeri Sembilan State Anthem - The SnL Singers performed, together with The Philharmonic Society of Selangor, Cantus Musicus, & school choirs from Negeri Sembilan, with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) in recordings of the Negeri Sembilan state anthem arranged by Malaysian pianist-composer Chong Yew Boon. *Update — A documentary on the evolution of the Negeri Sembilan State Anthem, which features the version sung by the various choirs and the MPO, premiered on Bernama TV (Channel 502) on October 27, 2010, 9pm.
Earth Day! – ‘A Cappella – 100% Natural‘- Refreshing tunes from all over the world, a cappella style! The SnL Singers performed at the Greenroom Upstairs @ For Fresh People Kitchen & Kafe on April 25th 2010, 8pm. The event was in conjunction with Earth Day @Bangsar.
Collaborations! - The SnL Singers had a blast performing numbers from Gershwin to Coldplay with a host of other artistes including Janet Lee, Dennis Lau, Yuri Wong, Xandria Ooi and Japanese drummer Nakanishi Takayuki, at Honda‘s 2010 media gathering!

OUR TRIBUTE TO M.J. - The SnL Singers performed at Breathe, August 2009 at the PJ Live Arts Centre, an event honouring Michael Jackson and Yasmin Ahmad. Click here to watch us sing Smile - our rendition of the King of Pop’s favourite song!
